The Mercedes-Benz AMG models are made for high-performance and luxury, but now some of these outstanding vehicles will be expanding into the fuel-efficient plug-in hybrid section. Which ones may be making the switch?

According to Tobias Moers, the AMG boss, "...the AMG is working on a hybrid version of the four-door AMG GT as a competitor against the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid." He also mentioned that the Mercedes-Benz S63 and Mercedes-Benz C63 could also be potentially seeing a plug-in hybrid option. This would make the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and S-Class shine among many of our Memorial, Katy, and Cinco Ranch drivers because of its combined fuel-efficiency and capability and we, here at Mercedes-Benz of West Houston, would love to see plug-in hybrid options available soon!
