The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Family Gets Improved Performance

For 2019, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class gains two new models, with the introduction of the E 450 and E 450 4MATIC® variants.

These new models are equipped with a 3.0-liter biturbo V6 engine that generates 362 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque, putting more power at your foot. The E 450 is offered as a coupe or cabriolet, while the E 450 4MATIC® is available in sedan, coupe, wagon and cabriolet bodies.

The E 300 and E 300 4MATIC® sedans come with a 2.0-liter inline-four engine that produces 241 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque.

The E-Class family of cars also boasts the enhanced safety systems and route-based speed adaptations that first appeared in 2019 with the Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles. The route-based speed adaptation employs a broad range of map and navigation data in order to help you navigate various roads and driving conditions in a safer manner.

Additional new features for the 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class family include a three-spoke Nappa leather multifunction steering wheel, additional trim options, and newly available Night and Rear Safety packages.
